Text message program

Southern Concierge, LLC sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them, by checking the consent box on our request form, by confirming consent with our staff when booking, or by signing our service agreement.

• Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, contract signing links, and requests for feedback or reviews related to services you booked with us.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, typically a few messages per booked appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or call (859) 880-2805.
• Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not required to request an estimate or buy our services.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Use of this site

This website lets you request an estimate for packing and home organizing services. Submitting the form does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Services are provided under a written service agreement signed by both parties.
